Yes. We plan around the available space, background, lighting and noise levels to create a professional interview setup within the live event environment.
Can you provide fast-turnaround content?

How far in advance should we book?
For larger event-organiser productions, six to eight weeks is ideal to allow time for planning, interview coordination and venue access. Focused exhibitor films can often be arranged with less notice, subject to availability, so it is still worth getting in touch if the event is approaching.
Can we receive the footage as well as the finished edits?
Yes. We create event-wide content for organisers and focused brand films for exhibitors, sponsors and event partners.
Yes. Same-day social edits and priority delivery can be included when agreed during pre-production.
Every quote is tailored to the event and sets out the filming schedule, production team, interviews, deliverables, formats, turnaround and revision allowance. This gives you a clear scope and price before the project is confirmed.
Yes. A professionally prepared and graded footage library can be supplied as an additional deliverable for your internal marketing team to use across future campaigns. This should be agreed before the event so the footage can be organised and delivered appropriately.
